Leadership Qualitiies

Supportive. Encouraging. Strong. Honest.

The Gift of Leadership, much like the Gift of Administration/Ruling, is evident in those who demonstrate an unusual ability to influence others. They seem to have an independent determination to challenge and direct others toward a specific goal. They stand out and take stands. Those with the Gift of Leadership tend to be multi-talented excelling with their people and tasks skills. Often result-oriented and driven, they need to guard their strengths. They also need to be more sensitive and patient with those who do not respond as well or positive as they. The are great motivators.

Could this be you? GOAL: Lead by example and willingness to be a servant.

No moss is growing on this rock!

A very busy week, which translates into a great week.

Slow but steady progress with the Awards and Recognition Team. We will be ready to roll out an improved program for recognizing associates within the next couple of weeks.

Thank you to Katie Donovan for the HazMat Handler recertification training this week. I hope you had a safe trip home!

Problem Solving is my Game

I have discovered so many wonderful things in my job searching quest. Not only about myself, but about the goodness and support of those who have touched my life during this time. Before I begin this new venture in to "Blog Land" I would like to say thank you to one particular person who has reached out and offered help and assistance. Out of the kindness of his heart and his ingrained professionalism, knowledge and expertise in marketing, Ken Herron has breathed new life in to my "Wendy" marketing plan. Ken, I have never met you face-to-face and you owed me, a complete stranger, absolutely nothing. You have been an invaluable resource and "Wall" to bounce my ideas from. Your suggestions and feedback are priceless and appreciated more than you know.

I wish you the very best in your endeavors and hope and pray that only wonderful things are coming your way. My wonderful things have already begun because my gmail "accidentally" contacted you.

Let's give it up for Ken Herron! Marketing Extraordinaire and Mentor
